- Standard — completed Form 3 within 15 working days of referral
- Priority — within 10 working days
- Urgent — within 5 working days, for urgent authorisations and expiring timescales
How we protect deadlines
Allocation within one working day, assessors commissioned only within realistic capacity, QA built into the timescale rather than added after it, and early escalation to you if anything outside our control (access, missing records) threatens a date. You will never discover a problem on the due date.
