Privacy Policy

Liberty Assessments is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide when booking or enquiring
  • Health information you share for the purpose of clinical assessment (special category data, processed under Article 9(2)(h) — provision of health care)
  • Payment confirmation from our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store card numbers
  • Limited technical data needed to run the website securely

How we use it

  • To deliver the clinical services you request
  • To send appointment confirmations, calendar invitations and reminders
  • To respond to enquiries and quotation requests
  • To meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations

Sharing and retention

We share information only where necessary to deliver your care (for example, with our partner psychiatrists or, with your consent, your GP), where the law requires it, or with processors bound by contract (Stripe for payments; Microsoft 365 for email and calendaring). Clinical records are retained in line with NHS records management guidance; enquiry data is retained no longer than necessary.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or (where applicable) deletion of your data, and you may complain to the ICO. Contact our data controller at admin@libertyassessments.co.uk or 01482 770330.
