Bookings and payment
- Appointments are confirmed once payment is completed via our secure processor, Stripe
- Prices shown at booking are the prices charged; there are no hidden fees
- You may reschedule free of charge with at least 2 working days’ notice
- Cancellations with at least 2 working days’ notice receive a full refund; later cancellations or non-attendance may incur the full fee, with discretion for genuine emergencies
Clinical services
Assessments are provided by qualified clinicians exercising independent professional judgement. We do not guarantee any particular diagnostic outcome — the value of our reports rests on that independence. Our services do not provide emergency care; in a crisis call 999 or NHS 111.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
