Your legal duty
A “night worker” normally works at least three hours between 11pm and 6am on most working days. You must offer an assessment before night work begins, repeat it periodically (annually is accepted good practice), keep records, and transfer workers to day work where night work harms their health and suitable work exists.
How we deliver it
- Online questionnaire reviewed by a clinician — minutes for the worker, £45 per assessment
- Escalation to telephone or face-to-face review only where indicated
- Fitness outcomes and record-keeping handled for you
- Automatic annual recalls
